guys,i wanna release a mm2 extra difficulty mod.but i got some questions first:
1.with what program and how can i make AI ingame faster?
2.with what program and how can i make traffic cars and trees and streetlights and stuff like that heavier?
3.with what program and how can i make default cars less durable?
4.when i create it,how do i make the ar file?

i know theres a few mods like that in mm2c.com,but i want to make this mod myself.

I think you can find an AR compressor from http://www.dimension3.org I'm not sure if that can make AR files. I dunno how though.
