Ok, I want to be able to get to all 3 island on gta3. I know the chittychittybb cheat, whih makes your car fly, so I can get from the first island to the second by jumping the bridge, but I cant jump far enough to reach the third island. Do I HAVE to play through the game to unlock them, or is there another way?

there is another way.for the underground tunnels,they dont connect all the three islands,but it connects 2nd and 3rd islands,so you can go there like this.though when you unlock 2nd island,the tunnels only connect 1st and 2nd islands

Boats, or the tunnels. Why not just download a save game for it. There are loads of 100% ones out there, if its for the PC that is.
